About the event
Enjoy an afternoon indulging in the pleasures of presence in the idyllic setting of Todd, a quaint village on the New River located between Boone and West Jefferson, NC.
Beginning with a guided forest bathing walk led by Becca, we'll spend time in a meditiative experience that engages our senses in the natural world around us, allowing ourselves to lose track of time and fully sink in. At the end of forest bathing, we'll dine on a forage-to-table meal artfully crafted by Chef Renata. Afterward, experience a kayak float on the New River under the full moon with River Girl, Todd's beloved outdoor experience company.
