About the event
Enjoy an afternoon indulging in the pleasures of presence in the idyllic setting of Todd, an outdoors community on the New River located between Boone and West Jefferson, NC.
We'll begin the afternoon with a guided forest bathing walk led by Becca, spending time deepening into presence and awareness of our senses to connect with the natural world. We'll let go of time and be filled with the restorative power of nature.
At the end of forest bathing, we'll dine on a forage-to-table meal artfully crafted by Chef Renata.
After dinner, we'll join a gentle kayak float on the New River under the full moon with River Girl, Todd's beloved outdoor experience company. Please note that other participants from River Girl will join us on the float, and your admission for the full moon float is covered through the cost here.
