The work of my life is to connect people to nature.

From the personal to organizational.

I've guided people in nature for over 10 years, teaching backcountry skills, leading nature meditation, and creating trail kitchen magic.

Since 2020 I've worked in the sustainability space, applying my love for nature to how our human systems interact with the natural world with the goal of creating healthier ecosystems and improved public health, and moreover, demonstrating how the two are the same.

In reconnecting to nature, a person is connecting to an integral part of their self.

Humans are a part of nature, and to see ourselves as anything other is mistaken.
